Hello

Patrick Holloman, MA, LPC, CCTP

The human experience is a wild one. Sometimes, it can be overwhelming and feel like more than we can bear. Fear can keep us stuck. Pain can wear us down. We box ourselves into a limiting identity. We fall into unhealthy coping strategies, addictions, self-sabotage, and self-hatred. The one thing needed to heal and grow is just a little courage. Courage to try something different. Courage to ask for help and risk being vulnerable. Courage to challenge who we think we are. Courage to feel the emotions we think are too great to allow.

I work in this field because of the growth and healing I found through counseling. I found a provider who resonated with me and helped me change my entire trajectory. I realized that if I could connect on such a level with and be that person for even one client, it would be worth it. There is nothing more energizing and fulfilling to me than making genuine human connections and accompanying others as they navigate challenging times.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) in Colorado. I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I enjoy working with adults, teens, and couples and have experience helping clients navigate both recent and childhood trauma, family violence, addictions, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am especially passionate about Buddhist Psychology and mindfulness.

I welcome all clients regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender expression, and sexual orientation. I am not here to judge you. I do not see you as your mistakes, problems, symptoms, or diagnoses. I am passionate about counseling, and I would be honored to walk alongside you for a while on your journey home.

I offer either virtual online sessions or outdoor walking sessions. My rate is $150 per 53-minute session. I am not taking insurance at this time but may in the future.
